  Service can be slow at peak times, but the staff takes a minute to get to know you and your needs. Banking at Huntington is a wonderful experience with their 24 hour overdraft notices.

  My overall experience with Huntington has not been great, but I had a particular incident with the manager at this branch. There was an online error with my payments and I needed help getting it reversed, so I went to talk to someone in person because it had been SIX days and it had not been resolved. The workers at the desk and a young man there tried very honestly to help and they were very kind, but the manager was completely rude and unprofessional. She told me that I had clicked the button, so it was my fault. I asked her if she could at least call their office and check the status of the case, and I got a very snappy "that's what I'm doing right now." I should also mention I was pretty upset and crying in the lobby where other guests could see me, and instead of offering to let me in her office or at least come and speak to me face to face, she had hollered all this out where I'm sure the other customers could hear. I wanted to call her a few choices words, but instead I hurried out the door with tears down my face. Awful, awful experience.
