- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service is bad. Loan specialist will do minimum work to help you. When you use drive through, they don't pay attention to who got there first. Seems like the nicer car gets service first even if you were there first. Must be service according to account size. Have to press 0 8 times to get a human on phone when you call customer service, then press one to "make sure" you want to talk to someone. On top of that, they charge you ATM fees if you don't use theirs. I'm telling you now, there aren't Regions ATMS everywhere like there are chase or PNC ATMS. Fees everywhere. No 24 overdraft grace period, fees for checking, money transfers. Just fees everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy.By Just a Guy, February 13, 2017
